United Guaranty is committed to paying insurance claims as quickly as possible.
Not only is our process for paying claims one of the best in the industry, we also give lenders several convenient options for submitting claims. You can use fax, EDI, or our Internet-based system, Claims Station,® which is available on United Guaranty’s MI Guide.® Customers can also use Claims Station to check the status of filed claims or to obtain a copy of the Explanation of Benefits on paid claims.
We offer EDI claims transmission acceptance for lenders that can submit claims electronically. EDI allows claims to be transmitted and received faster, less expensively, and more accurately than traditional paper-based submissions.
